Membership is open to Kenyan citizens aged 18 and above who agree to the party constitution and principles.
Vote in party elections, participate in party activities, and receive official party communications.
Our website is provided for informational, educational and engagement purposes. All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
New Face Party of Kenya provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or actions of third parties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law.
Parties first attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.
Through party dispute resolution mechanisms as set out in the Constitution.
As a last resort, disputes are resolved in Kenyan courts under Kenyan law.
FACE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated directly to members.
